4 week online course

The course includes nutritional support and information on:

  • Sickness, heartburn, restless legs, back ache and other common pregnancy complaints

  • Energy boosting

  • Food to eat during labour

  • What to eat in the first few weeks of motherhood to support recovery. 

You will be invited into an online group and have access to a weekly educational live from me. You will also have unlimited support and guidance from me for 7 days a week for the full 28 days.
