CHOCOLATE AND ALMOND FUDGE

Ingredients


4 heaped tablespoons of coconut oil

Approximately 100g of almond butter

4 tablespoons of cocoa powder

2 tablespoons of maple syrup

Pinch of sea salt

Method


Heat the oil, salt and maple syrup in a pan on low.

When the coconut oil has melted stir in the cocoa and almond butter.

Pour into moulds (I used a silicone ice cube tray). 

Put the fudge in the freezer for approximately 1 hour. Pop out of the moulds and allow the fudge to thaw for a few minutes (if you can!) before eating. 

Side note - store fudge in the freezer if you aren't planning on eating them all at once.
