ALMOND BUTTER ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients

10 Medjool dates

80g of porridge oats 

100g almond butter 

1 teaspoon of almond essence

4 tablespoons of desiccated coconut (optional)

1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)

Simply add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz for approximately 2 - 3 minutes until all ingredients have combined. 

Roll into equal sized balls (I usually get 10 out of this mixture).

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Will keep well for up to 2 weeks (If you have the willpower!) 

Tip - If the mixture is really wet then add in another tablespoon of oats. Equally if the the mixture is really dry and not combining well then add in a tablespoon of water.
